We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Team Members to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and hospitality, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and preparation.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assist in meal preparation and food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Preparing and serving high-quality drinks and street food. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the front and back of house. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices at all times. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Hospitality, food, or beverage industry preferred. Experience in catering or culinary roles is advantageous, showcasing your ability to work in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Punctual, flexible, and a good communicator. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Working Hours

Flexible - must be available for morning / evenings / weekends.
