You will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, managing the team, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards. Train and mentor staff in hospitality best practices, including food preparation and bartending techniques. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant or hotel environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is essential. Demonstrated expertise in kitchen operations, food preparation, or bartending is highly desirable. Strong team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members. A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable dining experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
