Responsibilities
Deliver a 5 welcome to our clients Manage the day to day front of house operations, managing bookings and taking calls/awnsering emails
Retail sales
Stock control
Handle client payments
Maintain the studio to an impecible standard at all times
Effectively communicate with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare advice
Assist with administrative tasks including stock control, reporting, and supporting marketing activities (Huge bonus f you have a flair for social media!)
Experience
Experience in a similar front of house/receptionist/customer facing role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English required
A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is advantageous but not mandatory for the right candidate.Join our team and contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere where clients can relax and indulge in their beauty treatments!
Saturdays and evenings required, minimum of 30 hours a week. Flexibility with rota is essential.
