The Front of House team member will work within the Front of House team operating in a prestigious corporate environment within a large investment bank based in Central London where employee wellbeing is a key part of daily life.

As the Front of House team member, you will be responsible for daily to day operation of the reception. You will also be responsible for delivering a 5customer service to the employees.

About the role




Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about memberships, services and facilities Provide tours to potential member prospects Process new memberships, renewals and cancellations using the inhouse systems Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area Handle payments for retail and services Respond to and resolve member concerns or issues


To succeed as part of the FOH team you will have.


Experience in a customer service focused environment. A team player with exceptional planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Approachable, personable, and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a pressurised environment. Flexible and 'can do' attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent IT skills, with proven skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
