Front of House

professional to help us maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service.

As the face of the clinic, you will create a warm, seamless, and luxurious experience from the moment patients arrive. You will work

collaboratively with our existing Front of House team

, clinicians, and patient support staff to ensure every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and guided throughout their journey.

What You'll Do

Welcome and host patients in a warm, polished, and professional manner Manage check-ins, bookings, payments, and appointment coordination Support patient communication across email, phone, and WhatsApp Business Ensure the clinic environment is immaculate, calm, and beautifully presented Liaise confidently with clinicians and clinical assistants to keep the day running smoothly Assist with general administrative duties, record-keeping, and patient preparation Provide premium service with discretion, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail Uphold the brand's ethos of

luxury, subtlety, and exceptional care

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have:

Experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, reception, or clinical front-of-house A warm, confident, welcoming manner Strong organisation and communication skills Excellent attention to detail A calm presence, even on busy days A genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness The ability to work collaboratively with the wider FOH and clinical team

What We Offer

Salary:

25,000-28,000
