Spring Street is a tribute to the iconic pizzerias of New York, serving up 18-inch pizzas. Led by Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kemble, we're all about house-made dough, quality ingredients and the right balance of flavours.
Hours: 20p/w
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Run food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
Ensure guests are happy and handle basic customer requests or concerns
Clean and maintain the restaurant, including tables and service areas
Wash, polish, and store glasses correctly
Take out rubbish and keep waste areas clean
Receive deliveries and put away stock correctly
Stock fridges and service areas as needed
Assist with basic preparation and setup for the day
