At Moonpig, we're all about celebrating those moments that matter -- and that starts with creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. As our Front of House, you'll be the friendly face of our London office, ensuring every visitor and team member feels at home.

You'll spend

three days each week based at our reception desk

, greeting guests and managing front-of-house operations, and

two days working across the wider office

supporting teams and workplace activities. This split gives you a great balance between people-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation -- helping to keep Herbal House running smoothly and buzzing with energy.

From greeting guests and coordinating meeting spaces to helping our team with day-to-day office needs, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running and positive energy of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities



+ Be the welcoming face of Moonpig at Herbal House -- greeting all guests and ensuring they have a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive + Manage visitor check-ins, security passes, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
+ Oversee the reception area to keep it tidy, professional, and stocked with any necessary materials
+ Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier bookings in coordination with the Facilities team
+ Support meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are well-prepared, equipped, and presentable
+ Partner with various workplace teams to support day-to-day office operations, including maintenance requests and office supplies
+ Assist with internal events and team celebrations, helping to create a fun and inclusive environment across the office
+ Act as the go-to contact for employee and visitor queries, resolving issues efficiently and with a smile
+ Liaise with external contractors and suppliers when needed, ensuring smooth coordination of services
+ Provide occasional administrative support to other departments, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach

About You



+ Naturally warm, approachable, and organised, with great attention to detail + Confident communicator who enjoys helping others and multitasking in a busy environment
+ Comfortable using standard office tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, spreadsheets)
+ Passionate about creating a positive experience for colleagues and guests
+ A team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service
