## Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to join our team in a unique restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth service flow.

## Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of front of house staff, including servers, runners etc.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and excellent customer experience

- Supervise restaurant setup, cleanliness, and overall ambiance

- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, rotas, comments, and complaints professionally

- Train new staff on service standards and procedures

- Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies

- Collaborate with the kitchen manager to maintain seamless communication between front and back of house

## Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting is essential

- Proficiency in overseeing food production, food preparation, and bartending operations

- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively

- Knowledge of online booking systems an advantage

- Excellent supervisory skills to ensure smooth service flow

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
