As the first street cafe in the area, we pride ourselves on serving top-class continental cafe and brasserie-style foods, alongside our unique 'Senso' ice cream made on-site. Our venue also hosts an art gallery showcasing local artists throughout the year.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team at Cafe La Strada Ltd. This role is essential for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within our cafe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality while leading our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Lead and manage the front-of-house team, providing training and support as needed. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cafe. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service efficiently. Manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and equipment. Assist in planning special events or promotions to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Experience in food production or culinary arts is a plus but not required.
