We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee our Golf Clubs operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in the hospitality industry. This role requires strong leadership, good organisational skills, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to supervise a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead and motivate staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in bartending, customer service, and food safety. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Club House, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and special events to optimise guest flow. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experiences. Monitor inventory levels for bar supplies and dining essentials, placing orders as necessary. Implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferable Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is required. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with bartending techniques is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
