We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role requires effective team management, ensuring that all front-of-house activities run smoothly while maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, including servers, baristas, and hosts. Ensure that all food preparation and service adhere to food safety regulations and standards. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of staff. Oversee guest experiences to ensure satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and service stations. Assist in food production as needed, contributing to menu planning and execution. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required. Experience in barista duties or hotel operations would be advantageous. A background in serving or kitchen experience will be beneficial for this role.
