Front Of House Manager

We are looking for Manager to join our front of house team.
We are really passionate about delivering a high level of service and we are looking for experienced people who share the same enthusiasm!
The successful candidate will work alongside our roaming Area Manager to ensure that the business operates efficiently and profitably. You will oversee the day-to-day running of each shift and learn how to manage our cellar, ordering and stock take checks. We would like to hear from anyone who has a keen interest in events and would help us expand our offering to more regular quiz nights and live music offerings.
You must be able to work well under pressure and enjoy the buzz of a busy bar and restaurant environment as well as the ability to demonstrate productivity during downtime.
You must be flexible, and looking to work around 35-40hours a week.
We are able to offer competitive rates of pay depending on experience.

Qualifications
Proven supervisory and team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and preparation Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills Background in bartending or barista roles is a plus Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
