Front of House - Holbeach Meadows - Holbeach

We are looking for a Front of House Manager to deal with all matters of personnel, budget, marketing and non-clinical services within the care home and to maximize revenue and promote the good reputation of the home.

The responsibilities of a administrator at home include:

To process all non-clinical administration that will include invoicing, admissions, discharge, banking and finance etc, To ensure employees of the Care Home receive appropriate induction, training and support to fulfil the obligations of their job description, Assist the Registered Manager to maintain a robust quality assurance system by means of audits and feedback of outcomes to relevant staff groups, To create, update and maintain personnel records To prepare appraisals and organise supervisions on behalf of the registered manager.

Hours

- 2 week rota pattern with alternate weekends

- 9am - 5pm
