We're looking for a

Front of House Manager

to join our team and help lead the way as we expand into an exciting new chapter with our

brand-new evening food and drinks menu

.

This is a new role at Cuppies, so we're seeking someone who can bring both experience and personality to the team - someone who thrives in hospitality, understands great customer service, and is excited to help us grow.

The role:

Initially, Fridays 5:00-10:30pm
Saturdays added as we expand further - 18+ only
Overseeing evening service, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Responsibilities

Oversee evening operations of the front of house to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests Manage staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Implement food safety and hygiene practices in compliance with regulations. Coordinate with staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle enquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Contribute and work with the owner with menu planning and special events. Ensure the cafe is left in a clean, tidy and organised manner ready for the day time team opening the following day.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience in food preparation is preferred. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
