We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
Supervise and manage front-of-house.
Efficient operation of our front of house software (Reservations and bookings)
Communicate with our client base via whatsapp and e-mail.
Manage basic content on social media channels.
Deliver competent and friendly service behind the bar.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Join team meetings and learn all facets of the business to drive your own development.
