We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new establishment opening in October. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in hospitality, leadership, and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective leadership skills, culinary and beverage knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food service, safety and quality. You will play a pivotal role in team management within a vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Train and mentor staff in hospitality practices, beverage preparation and customer service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and increase customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Culinary and bar experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is an advantage.

Tips & staff discount
