Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and task management. This can be fast-paced role that requires good product knowledge, check management skills and a strong knowledge of bartending techniques and the ability to read a room and be one step ahead of the customers needs.

Duties:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue and outside area, including restocking supplies and making sure the venue is always ready to receive customers

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot beverages

- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of all ingredients

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar & restaurant

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting

- Good maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices

- Good IT skills for using an integrated Epos System and booking software

- Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of ingredients

- Strong bartending skills, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and garnishing beverages and product knowledge

- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service

- Strong Wine Knowledge preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
