We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage front of house staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards. Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Assist in training new staff members on hospitality practices, food safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house operations. Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and other front of house spaces. Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience while driving operational efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in hotel management or kitchen operations is desirable but not essential. Pay: 24,420.00-37,837.30 per year
