We are excited to offer a full time position within our small team that will suit someone with a FOH background who loves food and has experience with the day to day running, front of house, in a busy hospitality establishment. Experience managing a team and a passion for customer services are essential. The role is mainly Tuesday - Saturday with some flex needed depending on the event schedule but offers a lovely work life balance, within a small team.

What you will be doing:
responsible for the overview of an event from set up to de rig
Leading a team of FOH staff through service of all allocated events
Managing recruitment for the FOH team and training all new recruits to our standards and procedures
managing the event rota including role allocation, sign off, time sheets and transport
Managing and developing relationships and communication with venue staff, wedding planners and fellow suppliers
developing new business and clients through wedding fairs, networking and any other avenue identified
Liaising with clients and dealing with requests from the point of booking to completion
communicating the needs of the clients, gathered in our event checklists, to the wider team to ensure that we deliver exactly what is being requested
organising all hire kit across all of the jobs and liaising with the hire companies re delivery and collection, sourcing and arranging any special requests from our clients and liaising with the kitchen team to include any kit required for the kitchen
managing stock levels of our own kit and planning replacements / maintenance
Collating equipment lists required for all events and communicating with the pick team
managing set up at events including bar, kitchen and dining areas
collating spend across all parts for all events
taking photographs and videos for social media
Office admin according to the needs of the business
