We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. As a key part of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Your role will involve interacting with customers, taking orders, and assisting in various aspects of service to create memorable dining experiences along with bar work, Candidate must be 18+.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Take and process orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. .
Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Skills
Previous experience in hospitality or a restaurant setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety
Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly manor.
