We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Front of House Team Member

to join the Manor Wildlife Park team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities will focus on cafe-based duties

, including customer service and serving food and drinks.

With further training and experience, the role can expand to include additional food preparation and operational responsibilities

across the site.

Availability Requirement

We are looking for team members who have

flexibility to work weekends and peak periods when required

, in line with the park's opening schedule.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house and cafe areas Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts Support and assist colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

Desirable Skills / Experience

(All training will be provided)

Previous experience in a hospitality or cafe environment Basic knowledge of food safety practices Strong communication skills with a focus on guest service Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good time management and organisational skills Barista experience is highly desirable
