We are looking for a confident and experienced
Front of House professional
to help manage service and deliver outstanding hospitalityWhat You'll Do
Welcome guests and maintain a warm, professional atmosphere Support our guests experience, explain the menu and drinks and guide through any questions they may have Manage seating, reservations, and table flow Handle guest issues calmly and politely Keep service running smoothly and maintain high standards Support staff training and team communication
What We're Looking For
Experience in an
upscale or high-end restaurant
(required) Strong people skills and a confident floor presence Good organisation and attention to detail Positive, proactive attitude Experience with reservation and POS systemsJob Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Work Location: In person
