Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be personable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop interpersonal skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Providing menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and making recommendations where appropriate Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Processing orders accurately using the point-of-sale system Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and reception Assisting with event set-up and breakdown as required Supporting team members to deliver a seamless guest experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our establishment effectively

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
