Answering incoming calls and redirecting them accordingly, screening phone calls
Greeting visitors - monitor signing in and out system
Booking diaries, arranging appointments and updating records on databases
Mail sorting and distribution
Filing
Work alongside suppliers to gather quotes, process orders on the company's computer system
Answering enquires in person, by phone and email
Admin - filing, photocopying, inputting data, word processing
Call handling both internally and externally ensuring they're distributed to the relevant person
Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are maintained
Deal with any enquires and resolve any problems over the phone
Provide administrative support within the office
Conduct H&S checks
Collect reports for hire equipment
Site checks - first aid, site essentials, site procedures
Stock control- e.g water and coffee machine supplies.
