We are seeking a highly organised and patient-focused Clinic Receptionist with phlebotomy skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in process, and providing support with a range of administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Duties
Greet patients upon arrival, being polite and friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Efficiently manage patient check-ins and verify personal information and testing requirements.
Respond to patient enquiries in-person, on Whatsapp, via phone, or email, providing accurate information and guidance.
Handle patient phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage clinic calendar.
Provide quotes for testing services and explain billing procedures.
Liaise with other clinics to order couriers and register external patients.
Support with administrative tasks.
Assist our Doctors with inquiries and patient management.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area and ensure patient waiting areas are clean and comfortable.
Assist with phlebotomy services when required, following proper procedures and protocols.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Experience
Excellent English language, communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent;
additional certification in Phlebotomy is a huge plus
.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
High level of IT literacy. Proficient in using computers, internet, google suite, other software
Proven experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded.
Phlebotomy skills with a valid certification (preferred but not required).
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
