Lord Street Hotel is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a dual role as a Hotel Receptionist and Bartender. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests at the reception desk and ensuring a seamless bar service during designated hours.

Hotel Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Manage reservations through the hotel's booking system (Guestline/Reslynx), maintaining accurate records and updating guest information as needed.
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Bartender Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with guests, taking orders, and recommending beverages based on their preferences.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and operating the POS system.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and ensure guests' compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, reception, or bartending.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic knowledge of booking software is advantageous.
Bartending certification or relevant training is a plus.
