About the Role:





As a Front of House Security Officer, you will be responsible for:


Provide a welcoming presence

at the front of house, greeting visitors and staff with professionalism.

Monitor access control systems

to ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises.

Conduct regular security patrols

of the building and surrounding areas to maintain safety.

Respond promptly to incidents

and emergencies, following established procedures.

Maintain accurate records

of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.

Support health and safety compliance

by reporting hazards and ensuring evacuation routes remain clear.

Collaborate with colleagues and management

to uphold site security standards and customer service expectations.

Act as the first point of contact

for enquiries, providing assistance while maintaining vigilance.

What we are looking for:




To hold a current DS SIA Licence Proven experience in a security role or a similar position. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
