Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and driven individual who is keen to assist with our independently owned burrito bar. Hours spread between Mon - Sat. 5 day working week with a

guaranteed SUNDAY OFF

each week.

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our small burrito family. Someone who is excited about good customer service, team work and advancing our company's goals. We are looking for someone who can work on his or her own initiative, as well as with the rest of the team. A successful candidate will carry a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Training will be provided but confidence in the English language is a necessity.

The candidate will also be expected to do the following;

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and up sell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Process payments and operate the cash register accurately

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.25-13.00 per hour
