Role Overview

As our Front of House Ambassador, you will embody the warmth, professionalism, and refinement that define the Imperial Nail Studio experience. You will ensure every guest feels valued, every service flows smoothly, and our studio maintains its high standards of excellence.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a proactive approach to guest service and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception & Service -Welcome every guest with elegance, warmth, and professionalism

Deliver a first impression that reflects our luxury brand and core values

Studio Presentation & Cleanliness

Maintain immaculate hygiene and organization across all studio areas

Oversee reception, service stations, pedicure suites, washrooms, and stockroom

Service Preparation & Flow

Prepare technician workstations ahead of appointments for seamless service delivery

Ensure smooth transitions and timely service throughout the day

Refreshments & Hospitality

Prepare and serve guest beverages with attention to detail and presentation

Follow hygiene standards

Guest Communication & Relations

Handle in-person, phone, and social media inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction

Digital & Social Media Support

Assist in creating and posting visually polished, on-brand content throughout the day

Team Collaboration & Quality Assurance

Work closely with nail technicians to uphold service timelines and quality standards

Operational Flexibility

Provide support across the studio as needed to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate Profile
