Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Assist with food preparation and presentation when required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Handle customer queries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality roles is preferred Barista experience is considered an advantage but not essential Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards is desirable Familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
