We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities will encompass various aspects of service, including catering, serving, and food preparation.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary to enhance the dining experience. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle cash and card transactions with precision while maintaining accurate records of sales. Have knowledge/skill in serving ales and mixed drinks and be able to give recommendations to customers.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with catering services will be an advantage. Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety regulations are essential for this role. A background in serving/bar roles will enhance your application, showcasing your versatility in front of house operations.
