Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Assist with food preparation and presentation as required Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all tasks Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Uphold the organisation's brand standards and provide excellent hospitality at all times

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred Experience with food preparation and food safety practices is advantageous Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles is beneficial Barista experience is considered a plus but not essential Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards is desirable A friendly, professional demeanour with strong organisational skills
