We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently to ensure smooth seating arrangements
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Support barista duties when required, including preparing coffee and other beverages with attention to quality
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving catering or serving
Familiarity with food safety protocols and hygiene standards is advantageous
Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are vital for providing outstanding guest service
