We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Assist with food preparation and presentation as required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Support bar operations, including serving drinks and maintaining stock levels (barista experience is a plus) Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service Assist in setting up events or special functions when required

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is advantageous Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Flexibility to adapt to different tasks within the front of house operations Barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making techniques is a bonus A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences
