Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in catering, serving, and food safety within a dynamic setting. Previous experience in restaurant service or barista work is advantageous, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including tables, counters, and front-of-house spaces Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Support bar operations with basic barista skills when required Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods Restock supplies and assist in setting up for events or special occasions

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is advantageous Barista experience is a plus but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with customers Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure Friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: 12.25-14.00 per hour
