Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality sector, including catering, serving, and food preparation. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, and are ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and queries courteously Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area at all times Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system Support catering functions and special events when needed Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including any dietary options or specials Uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with industry standards

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, serving, or restaurant environments is desirable Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced setting
