We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverage service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a welcoming demeanour. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining presentation quality Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team to deliver timely service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Support barista duties if required, preparing specialised coffee beverages with attention to detail Uphold food safety standards at all times, adhering to hygiene protocols and allergen awareness Sell cheese and other retail products Takeaway

Skills



Previous experience in catering, serving or hospitality environments is desirable but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus but not essential A proactive approach to teamwork and customer service excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 37 per week
