We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various duties that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, from greeting customers to assisting with food preparation.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed. Serve food and beverages in accordance with our high standards of hospitality. Assist with catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Support food preparation as required, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle payments and manage cash registers accurately.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
