We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. This role involves various responsibilities, including catering, serving, and food preparation, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Support catering events as needed, contributing to the overall success of the service provided.
Experience
Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Familiarity with catering services is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
