About The Role
You will have responsibility for handling both customer-facing tasks and back-of-house support. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing sandwiches and soups, serving food and drinks, and managing payments, while, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen staff. This role is essential for ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction across both areas
Your main aim will be to carry out a range of catering duties, ensuring a high-quality service with exceptional customer service provided at all times.
Main tasks:
Assist with food preparation
Serve food and beverages to customers
Work on a till & cash up at the end of your shift
Collection and washing up of dishes
Ensure that tables, chairs and floors are clean and tidy.
Assist in setting up & cleaning down for groups
To succeed in this role you will need:
Experience in a catering role, including food preparation and cooking
Food Hygiene Certificate - desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
