Front End Associate

We are looking for individuals who can work part-time hours over a range of shifts. Shifts include mornings and afternoons, weekends and bank holidays and range from 10-15 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 20 on demand.

You will work as part of an experienced team in a friendly atmosphere.

>> The outlet is easily accessible, located in walking distance form major bus routes and New Street Station.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Bag items for customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth checkout process

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
- Familiarity with food preparation or hospitality industry is beneficial
- Ability to work well as part of a team
