Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed Serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner Ensure all food safety standards are maintained throughout service Assist with food preparation and presentation as required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally Able to make basis milk shakes. Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality preferred, including restaurant or barista experience Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary A genuine interest in food service and customer care
