Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
Accurately take and process food and beverage orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with catering services for events, functions, and special occasions.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front-of-house area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and courteously.
Support barista operations, including preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service roles preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices in line with health regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in catering or event service is an advantage.
Familiarity with food preparation and service techniques.
Barista experience, particularly in coffee preparation and service, is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
