Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including drinks and specials Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support barista duties when necessary, including preparing specialised coffee drinks Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring compliance with food safety standards

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable; restaurant or barista experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if required A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills Personal presentation that reflects the professional image of our establishment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
