Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role involves a variety of duties including customer service, food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and organised front of house area. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Your availability needs to include daytime, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met Uphold food safety regulations at all times, including proper handling and storage of ingredients Support catering events by setting up and serving food and drinks as required Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Provide excellent hospitality service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when necessary Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings if required A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
