bar and restaurant

members and visitors enjoy an attentive, welcoming, and enjoyable experience
every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support front of house staff to deliver excellent service
Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the bar and restaurant
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods
Assist with staff training, rota planning, and stock control
Provide hands-on support during peak times
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a
fast-paced hospitality environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Flexibility to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed
Availability to work
mainly Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
, with flexibility for additional hours as required
