Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have experience in catering, serving, and food preparation within a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining cleanliness in all areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for guest satisfaction. Maintain an organised front of house area, including dining tables, barista stations, and waiting areas. Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
