We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet the establishment's quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle catering events as required, ensuring all guest needs are met during special occasions. Support barista duties when needed, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards. Uphold excellent food safety practices throughout all aspects of service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Experience in catering or serving roles will be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who can collaborate well with colleagues across various departments.
