Artelium Wine Estate is recruiting ahead of the autumn & winter season!

We are seeking experienced front-of-house servers who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role goes beyond service, it's about storytelling, creating connections, and sharing our love for wine, food, and conviviality. That all starts with great preparation, we also require our FOH team to assist in setup for busy shifts. As a server, you'll play a key role in curating seamless and memorable experiences for our guests, whether you're serving at the table, guiding them through our wine selection, or adding a personal touch to their visit.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Must be 18 years or older Physically able to bend and carry up to 12kg (a case of wine) Able to work weekends consistently

Hours:?Part-time (Approx. 12-24 hours per week)
Remuneration:?Competitive, dependent on experience + Tips

Additional Details:?The role is based at Artelium Wine Estate, Streat Lane, Streat, Sussex, BN6 8SA. Candidates should also be prepared to travel to our second site Artelium West, Madehurst, West Sussex as required and attend off-site training sessions when needed. While this role is primarily hospitality-focused, there may be opportunities to assist with occasional vineyard, estate, or winery work as required.
