We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food industry standards. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in fine dining, catering, or restaurant environments is highly valued. The Front of House Staff plays a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through attentive service and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve meals, drinks, and desserts in accordance with established standards
Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing dishes
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed
Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
Support banquet or catering events as required
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times
Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and demonstrating knowledge of the menu to make recommendations.
Setting up and closing the bar area, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace and dining environment.
Handling billing and processing payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Experience
Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and dietary accommodations is advantageous
Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus
Barista experience or background in the food industry can be beneficial
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques within a restaurant or catering environment
